It's unpatriotic to sweat!

 

I guess it's supposed to be funny, because Antiperspirant/Deodorant
helps you to stay dry, and "Wetness" (while an altogether uncomfortable word)
sounds like "Witness," so this is the "Wetness Protection Program."

Hah!

And just like the real

"Witness Protection Program,"

these people wear badges to let us all

know that they're in the program.

 

Ahem.

It looks like the cast of a new "Law and Order" or "CSI" series.
