 are not a dollar.

With Target's logic, auto dealerships and realtors will soon be having "Dollar Sales."

"During our Dollar Sale, you can get this Ferrari for only a hundred and fifty thousand of 'em!"

In all fairness, I did a quick inventory of the entire Target circular. 
There were 168 items on sale, some as high as $140.00.

18 items were, indeed, one dollar.
